Since I was a very heavy gal, the doctors described me as obese.
I was too concerned about how people would have seen me and what they might have thought.
I was comparing myself to the fitness instructors and knew right from the start I will never be like them.
After a long 5 years journey and a weight loss of over 100 pounds, I believe there are more people like me, for their own reasons, feeling overwhelmed by the idea of getting fit, powerful, flexible & balanced.
I offer a different approach, with keeping one thing in mind -
