Cancellation and refunds

- When you book an appointment we reserve that session for you, and you alone. Short
notice cancellations or forgotten appointments mean that we are unable to use that
time to see other clients. Please respect that a full fee is chargeable in these instances.
For Flexible Times clients, the minimum notice is 24 hours.

- Bundles are not refundable once activated (After the first session is completed)
- A full refund will be placed in case of a bundle is cancelled within 14 days from payment and no session has been booked
​
- There is no time limit for your bundle but we do recommend a commitment of at least
2 workouts per week.

- If you are late, please let us know in advance. Your slot will be reserved for a maximum
of 15 minutes, after that, the session will be cancelled and a full session will be deducted from your plan.

- Duo’s - In case one cancels last minute, we can’t refund the partial payment and there
might be changes to the session itself due to this sudden change in participants.

COVID-19
We are doing our best to keep everyone safe by taking responsibility for ourselves and
on our dearest population by following a simple set of rules:
1. If you suspect you have COVID-19 symptoms and you need to self-isolate,
please get in touch as soon as possible.
2. Try not to arrive earlier than you should, we appreciate the effort.
3. Sanitise your hands upon arrival, please.
4. Everything you will work out with is well-cleaned and sanitised to the best ability.

Code of Behaviour
We are well aware that things can heat up at the studio,
after all, we are having a sweaty fun here!
But we will not tolerate any kind of violence in our studio. In case of violent incident,
the session will end immediately, we will have a chat over the phone about your future
in Cue and hopefully, we will be able to move on. In extreme cases, the client will be
expelled for good. There are no refunds in cases such as these.
