stand out?

For years, I carried the label “obese” as doctors described me, and I was weighed down not just by the number on the scale but by my own fears—how others saw me, what they might think. I avoided gyms because I didn’t see myself reflected there. I couldn’t imagine ever looking or moving like the fitness instructors I saw.

But five years and over 60 kg (100 pounds) later, I know there are so many people out there who feel exactly like I did. Maybe it’s the fear of starting, the discomfort of being out of your element, or the overwhelming idea of what “fitness” seems to demand.
That’s where I come in. I built my own studio here in Cambridge to create a space that feels welcoming and judgment-free, and I also work with online members from around the world. My approach is rooted in one belief:
Fitness is for everyone—every shape, size, and age.
